Here is another review that has been in the making since May. The idea was great. Pay us to buy you a new WoW account, and level up a character on it. Then you can transfer it off to your real account for security...

I asked them for something pretty easy, level 40 human rogue.

He sent me some info:

Your total for this order will be $130.99

If you would like to continue ordering this Toon send back your approval and then I will send you an invoice though our verified Paypal business account, after that is paid we'll begin on your Toon, and it should only take around 18 days.

About 20 days later, I hadn't heard from him, so I tried to get ahold of him. He didn't answer me. After a week of sending emails to his email address, I finally tried his online form again. This didn't help me get ahold of him either. I finally went to Paypal to file a dispute. I just got word back from them today.

After careful review, we have concluded our investigation of the Buyer
Complaint described below.

Now, this tells me that they aren't answering them either. I would stay away from them at all costs.

Oofay.com [ 500 Horde Gold ] [Memorial Day]

On my first purchase with Oofay.com, I had to wait 2 days to get my gold from them. I purchased again yesterday, to try to get some horde gold. Their website said:

We will deliver your gold safely within 5 - 53 minutes on this server.

The showed stock and delivery speed above is evaluated automatically, which can achieve an accuracy as high as 98%.

It has been 26 hours, and I have still not gotten a phone call from them (for their fraud screening).

We will see how they do (besides being 25 hours late 98% of the time)
